Levelling feet

Elesa+Ganter of Furtwangen offers an extensive range of levelling feet
(machine bases) for levelling machines on uneven fl oors.
The GN 440/ GN 440.5 levelling feet are straightforward and
very reasonably priced feet variants. The static load capacity of
these articulated feet is limited by the permissible load limit of the
screw (strength class 5.8). It is available with or without vibrationdamping
anti-slip coating. The most recent version is the design
with vulcanised rubber which is unique in the market.
The outstanding feature of this rubber is its captive design.
The GN 340.1 / GN 340.6 levelling feet feature a solid NBR rubber
support, imbedded fi rmly inside the sheet metal plate and in
addition held in place in axial direction by a fi xing screw.
The fi xing screw vulcanised into the rubber support allows the
levelling foot to be bolted fi rmly and rigidly to the fl oor.
The spindle screws of all levelling feet can be adjusted at the top
end either with a hexagon socket spanner or with the key surface
at the bottom end of the screw.
For special requirements in terms of hygiene, the levelling feet
with vulcanised rubber are the ultimate solution because they do
not allow dirt to settle and are therefore ideal for use in the food
industry (e.g. GN 440.5 levelling feet, Form GV).
For applications demanding high corrosion resistance or requiring
anti-magnetic properties, Ganter’s product range includes the
GN 340.6 and GN 440.5 stainless steel levelling feet.
