DCE tube clamps are widely used in various sectors, including industrial and mobile hydraulics, pneumatic systems and automation, where they play a key role in maintaining correct pipe positioning while helping to reduce vibration and noise, and improving overall system safety.
The Elesa+Ganter range of tube clamps is fully compliant with the DIN standard in all its variants: Standard, Heavy and Twin Series, namely DCE-S (DIN 3015-1), DCE-H (DIN 3015-2) and DCE-D (DIN 3015-3). This variety allows the fastening solution to be adapted to pipes of different diameters and to various mounting conditions.
From a design perspective, the clamps consist of two matching halves that ensure stable tightening of the pipe and even distribution of mechanical loads. This configuration enhances installation stability and helps preserve pipe integrity over time.
The clamp halves are manufactured from polypropylene-based technopolymer (PP) with high UV resistance, offering an optimal balance of mechanical strength, flexibility and durability. Steel fastening and support components complete the system, ensuring strength and reliability even in demanding applications.
One of the key strengths of the Elesa+Ganter tube clamp range is the modular design of the mounting system. Plates, support rails, screws and accessories, available within the range and identified as DCK (complete kits including all components required to meet specific application needs), allow for easy configuration of a wide variety of installation solutions.
