Elesa+Ganter new family of modular systems for lubrication

The modular systems for lubrication are a simple answer when lubrication, precise suction of fluids or dust particles are required. Coolant hose solutions are designed to circulate fluids in high capacity industrial and mobile equipment heating and cooling systems, required by operations as turning, drilling, grinding, milling, eroding or drying inks in industrial printers.

Flexible hose systems are a guarantee of quick and easy integration with the machine, production systems and other devices.

These systems are composed of a series of segments to suit the required purpose and to realise the desired length. Segments can be combined with joints, adapters and nozzles.

The components of the flexible coolant pipes are in acetal-based technopolymer in blue and orange standard colours. This material is renowned for its excellent stability and elasticity, as well as low hygroscopicity.

Elesa+Ganter flexible coolant hoses are characterised by:

  • Modularity and customisation: numerous combination possibilities are allowed, by using several types of adaptors, connectors and nozzles. Length can also be adjusted according to customer’s needs.
  • Flexibility: the modular structure, made using snap assembly of the single elements, allows to adjust and direct the lubricating jet with maximum flexibility.
  • Quick assemble and disassemble.
  • Excellent chemical resistance: the material is resistant to detergents, lubricants and oils.
  • Non-conductive, therefore suitable for use on electrical discharge (EDM) machines.

Our modular systems for lubrication (tubes, fittings and nozzles) are also available in FDA compliant material (FDA CFR.21 and EU 10/2011), to meet the requirements for food-contact.
