Rubber buffers
Elesa+Ganter rubber buffers are robust vibration dampers combining high-quality stainless steel components with elastomer bodies. These vibration-damping elements are designed to absorb impacts and reduce noise caused by movement or non-balanced equipment.
They are particularly suitable for environments where vibration control and noise reduction are critical, such as the food processing and medical industries, where maintaining stable and quiet conditions is essential.
Vibration damping levelling feet
Vibration damping levelling feet are adjustable vibration dampers designed to support heavy loads while reducing vibrations, absorbing shocks, and minimising noise. By combining levelling and vibration isolation, they improve machine stability, alignment, and operational reliability. Available in various materials and configurations, they are suitable for a wide range of industrial and hygienic applications.
Anti-vibration mounts
Elesa+Ganter anti-vibration mounts include oval and square mounting flanges composed of two metallic elements bonded by a rubber anti-vibration body. These vibration dampers can be securely fixed to machines, floors, or walls, ensuring effective vibration isolation and noise reduction.
The range also features double-acting flange mounts, designed to isolate particularly strong vibrations. These are ideal for demanding applications such as machine tools, plastic moulding presses, special-purpose machinery, and shock absorption systems.
Wire rope isolators and spring mounts
Wire rope isolators are designed for applications requiring both vibration isolation and shock absorption with high axial holding force. Made from stainless steel, they consist of metal bars connected by coiled wire ropes and are available in configurations with four, six, and eight coils.
Typical applications include HVAC systems, pumps, purification and desalination plants, instrumentation panels, as well as rail, naval, and military sectors.
Elesa+Ganter spring mounts are manufactured using nitrile rubber and consist of a body with a non-slip coating, combined with a zinc-plated screw and spring. These vibration dampers are essential for isolating vibrations that may otherwise reduce the lifespan of costly machinery.
Elastomer springs
Elesa+Ganter elastomer springs and bars are high-performance vibration dampers used as load dampers or forming elements in a wide range of industrial processes. They are particularly effective in applications such as deep drawing, sheet metal forming, and ejector systems.
Available in three hardness levels (80, 90, and 92 Shore A) and diameters from 16 mm to 63 mm, these elastomer springs offer high resistance to axial loads, preventing sudden failure under overload conditions. Their elastic properties, combined with medium-high hardness and strong mechanical resistance to both compression and tension, ensure long-lasting durability and consistent performance.
