Adjustable torque limiting knobs
|
|
MZD adjustable torque limiting knobs are used when the applied tightening torque must not exceed a certain value. The knob incorporates a mechanism that allows to adjust the maximum torque values between 0.2 and 1 Nm.
It is easy and quick: remove the cap with a screwdriver and set the desired torque by changing the axial position of the graduated disc by means of a hexagonal key.

black colour and RAL 9002 white colour, are now available in RAL 7040 grey colour for a perfect aesthetic compatibility with aluminium structures.
The rotation pin in AISI 303 stainless steel and the return springs in AISI 302 stainless steel ensure corrosion resistance.

mounting clamps with swivel ball joint are specially developed for applications where high stop torques are required. They have the advantage of needing only small amounts of torque to perform frequent adjustments. In addition, they can also be customized.
