|
|
Made of acetal resin based technopolymer,
ZCP spur gears are suitable for use in food sectors or in humid environments, and guarantees both high resistance to chemical agents, including many solvents, and a weight reduction.
Excellent sliding properties, reduced coefficient of friction, and high resistance to wear and tear make these spur gears suitable for high rotation speeds (above 1,000rpm) even in the absence of lubrication.

New Carabiners GN 5299
|
|
Carabiners GN 5299
are used, for example, to connect tools or other components quickly and without tools or to secure them against loss. The carabiner is opened by hand and closes automatically by a concealed spring when released.
The eye of type E, which is fitted with a pressed-in, closed round thimble, enables captive mounting of the carabiners, e.g. by means of an appropriately pressed retaining cable. Carabiners GN 5299 must not be used for lifting loads or lashing. The data on load capacity are approximate values to the exclusion of any liability.

CFU-RA Hinge With Adjustable Friction
|
|
CFU-RA hinge is made of PA technopolymer, with stainless steel screw and nut.
The main feature of this hinge is the option to vary the resistant torque of the door when opening and closing.
It can therefore also be used to lock the door in a fixed position from time to time.
The adjustment system is activated by exerting force on a special screw located in the axis of the hinge, which allows the resistant torque of the hinge to be increased or decreased in a controlled manner in both opening and closing directions.
